Pricing
GlassBox is priced per selling account, per month, on request. We do not take a percentage of your advertising spend, we do not charge per seat, and there is no minimum contract. This page explains exactly what the price depends on, what is free, and what you get in a written quote — so you can judge the shape of the cost before you talk to us.
What the price depends on
Four things, and nothing else. Two of them you already know about your own business; the other two are choices you make.
| Driver | Why it changes the price |
|---|---|
| Selling accounts | Each Amazon selling account is a separate tenant with its own database, its own credentials and its own audit log. Two accounts is twice the storage, twice the nightly analysis and twice the support surface. |
| Marketplaces per account | Each marketplace is a separate set of reports pulled, stored and analysed on its own schedule. A single-marketplace seller costs materially less to run than a pan-European one. |
| How the data arrives | Uploading your own report files costs less than a connected API integration, because a connection means scheduled pulls, retries, freshness monitoring and alerting on our side. |
| Optional model-assisted features | The features that call a language model carry a usage cost. They are optional and can be switched off entirely; with them off, the product is fully functional and deterministic. You may also supply your own model API key, in which case that cost is yours directly and we charge nothing for it. |
Everything is billed monthly in euro, excluding VAT. You can cancel at any time and export your data first — see Terms.
What is free
These are free, permanently, and do not require a paid plan or a payment method:
- Uploading your own Amazon report files and running the full analysis on them.
- Every explanation behind every number: which report it came from, the date of that data, and the arithmetic that produced the recommendation.
- Exporting your data — the recommendations, the audit log and the underlying reports.
What a paid plan adds is the connected, scheduled operation: authorised API pulls on a schedule, freshness monitoring, alerting, multiple marketplaces, and support with a named contact and agreed response times.
Why we quote rather than publish a number
We would rather publish a table than write this paragraph, and we intend to. We are not publishing prices yet because the product is in a small number of hands and we are still measuring what it actually costs to run a connected account for a month — the API call volume, the storage, the support time. Publishing a number we have not yet measured would be the same kind of guess this product exists to remove from advertising decisions.
In practice this means: you send the form below, and you get a written quote with a fixed monthly figure for your specific account shape, normally within two business days. The quote is a real offer with an expiry date, not a starting point for negotiation.
What a quote contains
- A single monthly figure, in euro, excluding VAT, for your account shape as you describe it.
- Exactly what is included: which selling accounts, which marketplaces, whether the API connection is in scope, and whether the model-assisted features are on or off.
- Any one-time cost, named separately — for example guided onboarding, or migrating a history of reports you already hold. Nothing is bundled invisibly.
- Response times we commit to, and the named person who answers.
- The notice period for cancellation, and what happens to your data afterwards.
Questions people ask before buying
Do you charge a percentage of my advertising spend?
No. A percentage of spend rewards the tool for your spending more, which is the opposite of what a profit agent should want. Our price does not move when your budget moves.
Do you execute changes in my Amazon account for me?
No. We do not offer a done-for-you optimisation service, and nobody at Secew approves or executes advertising changes on your behalf. The product proposes; deterministic validators check; you approve; the code applies what you approved and writes it to an audit log you can read. That chain has no step in which our staff act inside your account.
Do I need Amazon API access to use it?
No. The analysis runs on report files you export yourself. An API connection removes the manual step and enables scheduled operation, but it is not required to get value on day one.
What does it cost to run the model-assisted features?
They are optional. Switched off, the product loses no analysis: term classification falls back to a deterministic rule set and the daily briefing is assembled by code rather than rewritten in prose. If you keep them on, either the usage is included in your quote, or you supply your own model API key and pay your provider directly.
Can I get my data out?
Yes, at any time and without asking us: the recommendations, the audit log and the reports behind them all export from the product itself.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the paid month, you export your data, and we delete it on the schedule set out in the Privacy Policy. There is no cancellation fee and no clause that keeps you paying while you leave.
Request a quote, or a walkthrough
Tell us the shape of the account and we will reply with a written quote, normally within two business days. The same form works if you only want a walkthrough before deciding.
