Terms of Service

Effective 14 August 2026 · Version 1.0 · Secew, LLC Secew, Strazheska Akademika St, 5, apt. 15, 03126 Kyiv, Ukraine · registration number 45498326, registered 18 July 2024 · support@secew.com

These terms govern your use of GlassBox, the analytics application operated by Secew, and of this website. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

1. What the service is

GlassBox is software that reads data from your own Amazon selling account, analyses it, and proposes changes to your advertising and inventory decisions. On your instruction it exports those changes as a file you upload yourself, or executes them through the Amazon Advertising API using authorisation you granted.

The service is provided as software. We do not offer a done-for-you optimisation service: nobody at Secew reviews, approves or executes advertising changes inside your Amazon account, and no plan or add-on grants us that role.

2. What the service is not

GlassBox does not guarantee any commercial outcome. It produces analysis and proposals. Advertising results depend on your products, prices, listings, competitors, stock, seasonality and the auction, none of which we control. We make no promise about sales, advertising cost of sales, profit, rank or any other business metric, and you should treat anyone who does make such a promise with suspicion.

The service is not financial, legal or tax advice. It is not a substitute for your own judgement. Every proposal it produces requires you to approve it before anything happens.

3. Your account and your authorisations

4. Approval, execution and responsibility for changes

No change reaches your Amazon account without a human approving it in the application, and that human is you or someone you have given access to your own installation. It is never a member of our team: we do not operate the approval queue on anyone's behalf. You remain the party responsible for your Amazon account.

Every proposal, approval, rejection, export and execution is recorded in an audit log visible to you. If you dispute a change, that log is the record.

You can withdraw approval for future executions at any time by disconnecting the API or switching to file export.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use GlassBox to:

We may suspend an account that does any of these, and will tell you why.

6. Our commitments under Amazon's policies

We operate the service in accordance with Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy, Data Protection Policy and the applicable developer agreements. In particular, and as a contractual promise to you:

Your own obligations as a selling partner are unaffected by these terms. Nothing here overrides your agreement with Amazon.

7. Fees and billing

8. Availability and support

We aim for continuous availability but do not offer an uptime guarantee by default; a service level can be agreed in writing and, where it is, it is stated in your quote. We may take the service down for maintenance, and will give notice where we can. Amazon's own APIs and reports have their own availability and publication delays, which we do not control and cannot compensate for.

Support response targets are stated in your quote. They are targets, not contractual guarantees, except where a written agreement says otherwise.

9. Your data and ours

Your data remains yours. We claim no ownership over your Amazon information, your reports, or the analysis derived from them for you. You can export it at any time, and we will produce a full export on request.

The software, its interface, its documentation and the methods it implements remain ours. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for the term of your subscription. You must not copy, resell, sublicense or reverse-engineer it.

How we handle personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that: we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, or for losses arising from decisions you approved. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

The service is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any recommendation will be correct for your situation.

11. Suspension and termination

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we give at least 30 days' notice by email before they take effect. If you do not accept a change, you may cancel before it applies and we will refund any unused prepaid period.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, and the competent courts of Kyiv, Ukraine have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers, if any, keep the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence.

Before starting proceedings, please write to support@secew.com. Most disputes end there.
